You're right. The smile is enough to make anyone happy. however, I know how you felt. And you're entitled to feel 'funky', but I'm glad you're over it. I still fell guilty all the time about what happened to my Suzy. (I shouldn't have taken her to target when she was 11 months old....where she probably caught that virus....which then led to encephalitis and caused brain damage...and I should have taken her to the doctor sooner....instead of waiting all day...maybe he would have been able to stop the seizures...I didn't know she was seizing until she was unconscious....). Life really sux sometimes. P.S. - I LOVE, LOVE the picture of her in the swing. It's pure beauty.
Have a blessed Sunday. Whitney - www.suzybooze.com
An even emotional keel - overrated. 'Tis good to funk briefly and enjoy the rise back to good and happy and thankful. And to have friends that support you through the funk. Have a(nother) great Sunday (Divine day of rest).
I love the new look. How on earth do you have time to create your own stuff?
We need to get together this week. We have a new play room!! (formerly known as my office) And Kendall's dying to try the hammock, and I can't wait to see Caleigh on her crawler.
Caleigh Amelia Gray was born at 28 weeks on August 15, 2007, weighing in at 2lbs. 2oz. She was born with Gastroschisis. After 9 bowel surgeries, including the STEP Procedure, Caleigh has Short Bowel Syndrome. She spent the first 201 days of her life in the NICU. Periventricular Leukomalacia, Cerebral Palsy and Cortical Vision Impairment are among her daily challenges. Caleigh is a fighter, a vision of strength & truly a miracle. This is her story.......

It's good that the funk is gone. I think it happens to all of us. I've been in the funk lately, too. It just happens, I think. Glad it's over!
